The email was not attached to the pleadings, nor was it heavily excerpted which suggests that it doesn’t entirely support the allegations in the complaint.  It was notification that there would be a full hearing, and my guess, a list of possible punishments, up to and including expulsion, but nothing had been decided.[/quote]
