I agree with you, but it's a group of volunteers doing the counting. I believe they equal numbers of democrats and republicans must be part of the process. It might be really difficult getting enough republicans as volunteers, simply because there aren't all that many in Montgomery county. [/quote]

+1 look it's not an excuse for Hogan vetoing the bill to allow earlier counting, but honestly. Montgomery County is the only county that hasn't finished its first batch of mail in ballots or reported any provisional ballots. I volunteered in the past to be an election judge and heard nothing this time around. They have my info.[/quote]
