Is he bothered or embarrassed by the fact that he still wets the bed or like you mentioned peeing in his pull up and not changing in the morning?
My son is 6 and he still wears a diaper at night and I don't see a light at the end of the tunnel.  He can still wear a size 4 with room to grow so I don't think you will have an issue finding his size unless he is a big child.  I can count on one hand how many times he has woke up dry.  I don't see an issue with an older child wearing a diaper to bed if pull ups aren't working.  I hope I am not the only one that doesn't see a problem with an older child wearing a diaper to bed.[/quote]
