KJMS is having a testing event after school today. If your kid isn't showing any symptoms, why would you test them?
Because some people are asymptomatic and unknowingly spreading it. Do your part for the community and get tested.
Nope, we've done our part. We socially distanced, masked, sent the kid to virtual school in 2020-21, got vax'd asap. Is he is asymptomatic, or has mild cold symptoms, he is going to school. Fever or vomiting, I'll keep him home, but otherwise we are done.
Yeah, screw u teacher’s mother who lives with her and the teacher’s aid with a kidney transplant. We’re done thinking about you. Geezus, you people are sick. Be responsible adults.
As a teacher with a parent in cancer treatment, I don’t care if they test or not. I assume I am exposed every single day. It’s important that I am not around my parent if I am sick. Being around sick kids is part of being a teacher and no, I’m not teaching in a mask. I have been a lot sicker and so have my own kids for regular colds this spring than we were with covid. My parents also had covid and their symptoms were mild.
