Because some people are asymptomatic and unknowingly spreading it. Do your part for the community and get tested.
Nope, we've done our part. We socially distanced, masked, sent the kid to virtual school in 2020-21, got vax'd asap. Is he is asymptomatic, or has mild cold symptoms, he is going to school. Fever or vomiting, I'll keep him home, but otherwise we are done.
Yeah, screw u teacher’s mother who lives with her and the teacher’s aid with a kidney transplant. We’re done thinking about you. Geezus, you people are sick. Be responsible adults.
As a teacher with a parent in cancer treatment, I don’t care if they test or not. I assume I am exposed every single day. It’s important that I am not around my parent if I am sick. Being around sick kids is part of being a teacher and no, I’m not teaching in a mask. I have been a lot sicker and so have my own kids for regular colds this spring than we were with covid. My parents also had covid and their symptoms were mild.
Well lucky for your mother, she doesn’t live with you. For a teacher, your reading and critical thinking skills are disappointing.

I got one this week from our high school as well. I was working I wouldn’t know which of my 2 it was but it had the child’s name and what class period.Anonymous wrote:Today I got an email from our high school about an outbreak in my child's class. I have 3 at that school in 7 classes each so why bother sending it if you're not going to be specific?
And no I'm not going to make them mask or test them "as soon as possible."

“We’ve done our part” indeed. Selfishness abounds.
I don't understand your point.
