The only way we'd know is to do a genetics test and that's not happening as what we know would make it not a good idea. So, asking those questions is also discriminatory. Lets just say all white kids are racist. No other races can be racist and be done with it. We can kick all the white racist kids and staff out of MCPS and tell their parents to figure it out. Then, when the MCPS issues continue and its still an issue, we look at other societal problems such as lack of structure, discipline and expectations at home as well as parenting and parents behavior.[/quote]
