Well, they had barricaded the road so that nobody could get on or out. It’s possible that’s why she was stuck -  no access to Muncaster Mill Rd. near the school.

I’m the PP and I think she should be held accountable for the poor communication around Covid guidelines, etc; I was as frustrated as everyone else. But I am not faulting her for being stuck in traffic on a barricaded road. I also (genuinely) don’t understand how she’s responsible for today’s shooting, so I’m open to hearing feedback.[/quote]
