Well, they had barricaded the road so that nobody could get on or out. It’s possible that’s why she was stuck -  no access to Muncaster Mill Rd. near the school.

And for those unfamiliar with midcounty roads, Muncaster Mill Rd. is a two lane road for miles, without many turnoffs or alternate ways to route around an accident or blockage. The backup leading up to the police blockade was miles, and no way to get around.[/quote]
