It is legal. Think about the other side of the issue. Lots of those horribly behaved racist people were filmed and that isn't a bad thing. Many of them thought like you and demanded people erase video or assaulted people filming them. Guess who was arrested? Frankly I would have filmed the guys back and let them know I would post their creepy behavior on social media. [/quote]
