Incessant cell phone talkers, and people who believe that their cell phone is endowed with a cone of silence. Who in the hell is my mail carrier talking to? Is it the same person every day, the whole route? Because she is always ALWAYS yakking away on the phone, conversation liberally peppered with profanity. So she's standing on my porch with her phone clamped betwixt ear and shoulder, sorting out which mail goes in my slot (and getting half of it wrong-- but hey, I meet lots of neighbors this way!) talking about how that fucking bitch is all up in her shit.
