My lawyer said that I can file a motion and show a letter that it is recommended (as the ped of course will recommend it when under 12's can get it) and the judge will order it allowed. But no, it doesn't seem to be grounds for sole custody or even sole medical decision making. *just my experience, don't take legal advice from me lol*[/quote] This was my experience as well. ExH contested me wanting to vax kids. Decision maker ruled to vaccinate them. He ignored the court order and was in contempt, I took them. [/quote]
