What kind if loon would divorce someone because they didn't get vaccinated?

It’s the antivax equivalent of the people who swear they know ten people in their 40s that all got long COVID and can barely walk.

3 people - pulmonary embolism reported to VAERS and CDC. Looking at compensation.

NP here, also with an antivax dh. And divorcing, with a minor still (adult kids all chose to get vax). My lawyer said that I can file a motion and show a letter that it is recommended (as the ped of course will recommend it when under 12's can get it) and the judge will order it allowed. But no, it doesn't seem to be grounds for sole custody or even sole medical decision making. *just my experience, don't take legal advice from me lol*

This was my experience as well. ExH contested me wanting to vax kids. Decision maker ruled to vaccinate them. He ignored the court order and was in contempt, I took them.

They're trying, badly, to "make a point" about people who say everyone should get vaccinated "for the kids" (and, of course, no one is actually saying "everyone, including people with severe documented PEG allergy" --- a vanishingly small number of people -- but the person you're responding to.isn't bright enough to discern the difference).

To me and at this point it actually sounds like it’s less about principles and more about ego. He’s held to this for this long and probably now is just being incredibly stubborn over appearances and not wanting to look “weak”. If he understands true risk, he should recognize that the risk of losing job, income, security and benefits has a much higher chance of leading to negative mental and physical health outcomes than taking a vaccine that now has been administered to millions with minimal severe effects (minor side effects like fever and illness and fatigue are common of course). Tell him to do it privately and just be done with it.

What if they all previously had COVID and have antibodies?

Why risk it? Maybe they only think they previously had COVID. Get vaccinated.
