Completely agree. I worked with him years ago and he was honestly lovely, very smart and capable. But no chance I will vote for him because we cannot go backwards in VA. We have made too much progress to turn back to debating bathroom bills and heartbeat bills. No thanks. [/quote]

Well, the FCPS School Board composed entirely of Democrats totally ignores the basics but we have an endless series of schools teed up for renaming, including schools that aren't even named after Confederate generals, just multi-generational families that included Confederate soldiers.  It's wasteful BS and if Youngkin can appoint VDOE leaders who start to focus on education again that would be progress.  [/quote]
