That's like saying that your freedom of speech is taken away because you're not allowed to shout "Fire!" in a crowded theater just for funsies.

This falls under strict scrutiny and there needs to be a really powerful reason to restrict a freedom protected by the Constitution (and actual scientific evidence).  Some County Executive doesn't just get to decide that my freedom is inconvenient to the larger community and take it away.[/quote]
