The truth is any severe disability will also hit all the boxes for autism.[/quote] We can expect differential diagnosis (speech delay ,genetic disorder etc.. ) if insurance can cover for all the conditions. Unfortunately insurance won't cover and we don't get the differential diagnosis . That's why it's called the spectrum.[/quote]
