I am not a gold digger. I married for love, and am now a SAHM. We were in our 30s, but religious. I will likely spend 20 years raising kids. If I were to sign a prenup, I would expect $x to be deposited into a retirement account for me each month, in case of a divorce, as I am no longer able to contribute to my 403b. I have heard of women raising the kids, getting divorced, and having almost nothing because they got half the house, but he got to keep his retirement account. Are you proactively protecting her? Not vague promises, but an account, with her name on it?[/quote]
