They are not blaming them, just reporting the truth about the origination of the outbreaks.  They have been extremely transparent from the start.

That's a copout.  We've had 8 months to get a handle on this, but our so-called leader and way to many reality-denying Americans refused.  China dealt with it.   This is what was going on in Wuhan today:
