OP’s question was “why don’t all patients get this.” The answer is - it has no proven effectiveness, and now thanks to our terrible president, there’s a shortage, so even if you wanted to try it you could not.

Oncologists do this all the time - new therapies for terminal patients. It's easy to sit in a chair well and make your profound sounding statements. Try that from a hospital bed when you can't breathe.[/quote][/quote]
