Assuming your not just generally pro-nudism, I think tHe whole bra question comes down to context—what you’re wearing and where.  Unfortunately, teens aren’t always the greatest at making contextual decisions.  A teen girl who is flashing grandpa probably should be told “Dp you realize you’re flashing grandpa every time you bend over to play your bridge hand? Maybe put on a t-shirt,  or maybe a bra under the dress?”  I don’t think that’s sexist.  The male breast, female breast comparison is a false equivalency.  If someone told a girl that she needed to be topless to compete on swim team, because there’s nothing sexual about breasts and the boys are also topless, we would recognize the false equivalency and say that was harassing and discriminatory.  The fact of the matter is that gender relations are highly social constructed, and in our social structure, female breasts have a different connotation that male breasts.
