(a) Parent could have told a school counselor, I would alsmost say should have as based on what they said the issues could have affected child academically and socially (we are told how upsetting was for parent what about child?). (b) Stalkers should have sent pictures to OSSE not given to principal, even better not taken them at all but going by the argument need proof I suppose that is the better option. (c) Not sure why the school got involved this is highly unusual as OP was already accepted and I'm sure OSSE had already done audit, so highly irregular as it makes no difference to school at this point if OP is there legally or not as her original paperwork was valid. Regardless, schools should submit docs to OSSE and let them handle it. Sure we can all be a little kinder, but this shows how much this is still a hot issue as equity in education remains elusive.
