PP here.  My post was intended to drip with sarcasm.  I would have thought that was obvious to anyone with any reading comprehension skills (or any soccer IQ for that matter; I mean, how could anyone think that PSG, one of the richest professional teams in the world and a team that employs an all-star lineup, would play their games on a crappy field?).

Sorry that I forgot my audience, and did not make it more obvious for you.

With that said, this thread should not go down the rabbit holes of "this is what is wrong with US soccer," "pay-to-play" or "where kids in other countries play soccer."  The point of this thread was to discuss BSC's poor handling of the girls tournament last weekend, at least in certain age groups, in part in the hopes that (a) BSC would not make the same mistakes this weekend and (b) BSC would address some of these issues in future years, starting with the 2019 Premier Cup.[/quote]
