If you're certain that these "residency fraud" perps don't own or rent an in-boundary property, and didn't lottery in from OOB, why not report them to OSSE instead of bitching here?

Sorry to say, your definition of in-bounds is unlikely to correspond to OSSE's.  From what I can tell, DC really only cares if parents file DC income tax returns from an in-boundary address, pick up school-related correspondence there, and get their kids to school on time consistently.  No objections to the arrangement (and I live across the street from the IB school where we enroll our kids).[/quote]

The residency cheaters probably aren't cheaters, at least not in the City's terms.  Everybody seems to "know" of cases, but nobody gets busted. Go figure. PP drama queens and busybodies do like to cast aspersions.

I have reported cheaters with multiple links providing evidence, even a link to the cheater’s own listserv post selling things “because [they’re] moving to Bethesda.” OSSE has ONE PERSON ldealing with this issue, or did until recently. Nothing is done when you report. [/quote]
