Any new project in MoCo requires some % of MPDUs. Leventhal is unique in that he wants to see home prices decrease. I understand wanting more affordability, but you don't want the value of your current home to decline. [/quote]

Not true.

He wants more affordable housing. He also wants to retain our higher end taxpayers (in fact, he wants to grow those numbers). He wants both. I hope he can make it work. [/quote]
