I'm talking about an individual earning $50k whose kids are grown. There is no help for someone like that under the current ACA.
Blame the GOP who refused for 6 years to bring any patches or fixes to the ACA for vote. The dems have tried.
Or, blame the Dems who created such a crappy program. Remember Jonathan Gruber--the architect of the ACA? Counting on the fact that Americans are "stupid"?
No, blame the GOP. 6 years of being able to fix/improve it is a greater amount of time than the 1 year it took to create it.
No. Dems are responsible for the ACA. If I produce crappy product at my job, I can't absolve myself of responsibility by whining about how my coworkers won't help me fix it.
Sure you can, if your co-workers actively prevent you from fixing it.
Nope. Maybe you try to shirk responsibility when you screw up, but that's not how many of us operate. You can try to blame them for not helping you after the fact, but the initial crappy product is yours and yours alone. Plus, why the hell would Dems think Republicans would vote for future ACA tweaks when they couldn't get any Republicans on board in the first place? You would have to be an idiot to actually believe that.
