No. Dems are responsible for the ACA. If I produce crappy product at my job, I can't absolve myself of responsibility by whining about how my coworkers won't help me fix it.

Nope. Maybe you try to shirk responsibility when you screw up, but that's not how many of us operate. You can try to blame them for not helping you after the fact, but the initial crappy product is yours and yours alone.
