[/quote] The entire point of the earlier comment is that if they're going to give a proximity preference for charters they should give them to city wide dcps schools too. There is no difference between a charter that is supposed to be open to the entire city and a dcps that is supposed to be open to the entire city. The bus is irrelevant and they're trying to take that away anyway. [/quote]
