SR has played a murderers row, including 5 top 20 teams, and the IL number 1. They have played DC area's top team in Good Counsel, as well as several other top 50-70 programs.  They are battle tested to be sure. Definitely didn't look their best against GC, and 4 goals against Milton is probably not up to expectations, but that is a tough schedule. Has it worn them down for the late season run, or prepared them better than the rest of the ISL? Is their coach's style bringing out their best?

SSSAS is clearly the best team in VA, but has really only played STAB, which is having a good year, and Lake Highland (#34 on Laxnumbers). They only beat Loyola Academy by 1.  The rest of their schedule did not present any real tests (played SJC really early).  Are they set up for a late season swoon like last year?  Or did KJ's careful scheduling give them time to get healthy and have them peaking at the right time?
