Well it was "the devils work" when it was "Biden's" federal dollars, so they used all that money on the Sheriff's department instead.

That was their chance. They blew it. Seriously doubt there will be any more federal dollars for flood warning systems during  a Republican administration, since it would be admitting climate change is not a "hoax."

Texas has a multi billion dollar budget surplus that could go to install flood warning systems. [/quote]
