[/quote] In this situation police training is to go in and take out the shooter. It’s the expectation that you will use deadly force and as such will place yourself in harms way. The police sat outside an unlocked room while kids were murdered. The rooms only lock from the outside. This is a dereliction of duty. [/quote]
