He's simply going for the money grab. There will be quite a few lawsuits related to this.

Therein lies the problem. That's allowed. Sure he witnessed it, but really the actual impact is to the dead woman's family, and the other guy who was hit. Baldwin could be sued, or he could sue as well since he was given a loaded gun and actually killed someone.[/quote]
