I'd vote for Clooney. They'd both be shit politicians, but Clooney is at least better looking.

He's simply going for the money grab. There will be quite a few lawsuits related to this.

Most interesting was his comments on safety, and I thought the armorer should be able to spot a live round versus a dummy.

I wouldn’t automatically assume any lawsuit in this situation is a money grab. Two people were shot and one killed by someone. It’s kind of a big deal.

He's suing for emotional distress. Yes, it sounds like a money grab. By his ambulance chasing lawyer, if not by him.

Therein lies the problem. That's allowed. Sure he witnessed it, but really the actual impact is to the dead woman's family, and the other guy who was hit. Baldwin could be sued, or he could sue as well since he was given a loaded gun and actually killed someone.
