I take everything on here with a huge grain of salt. I have to say I find this very hard to believe. The grandparents could sue for visitation or even custody under Virginia law. And I think they'd have a pretty good case.[/quote]

Yea, except that he may not be clearly denying but making it more and more difficult. Say he doesn’t pick up the phone, grandparents live in NY, he may not make himself available for them to come down… Many things are possible here, I don’t think he would clearly say that to the child’s grandparents but he can definitely avoid them at all cost.
That seems true to me, given that LE found photos of Juliana and BB together in the master bedroom, as well as Juliana’s clothes and belongings. I don’t think CB’s parents would approve that so I do believe they haven’t been in the house lately.[/quote]
