It's possible the child could end up with the Banfield family, I suppose. Hope not, but possible.

Juliana's next hearing is not until January, unless her lawyer files for another bond hearing in the meantime. Unless she become more truthful with LE, think this may drag on for a while.

NOW, as LE themselves, while no one wants to mess up the case being built? They know he is likely to be in a cage soon and are biding their time. I assumed her brother kept interacting with BB's mother on socials to keep that connection. You seem somewhat in denial of his likely role in all of this, PP, plus the fact that AP was living as basically the new wife in CB's bed. Photos of her and BB throughout the home per LE. Of course he would not want them in the home or talking to child, even not about day of brutal murders. There is a LOT that she could share that he wanted to keep under wraps as it may aide LE.


HUGE and wrong assumption. That is NOT CB's "brother". They aren't even remotely close in age.

A male relative interacted several times recently on socials w/BB's mother before she made account private. He would post things like "miss you sis" so if not a brother perhaps a BIL.

Regardless, OF COURSE BB would distance himself from ILs, never mind LE ILs at this time. And family would try to maintain ties with B extended family as the little girl will go to one or the other and they have known one another for decades.

Yea, except that he may not be clearly denying but making it more and more difficult. Say he doesn’t pick up the phone, grandparents live in NY, he may not make himself available for them to come down… Many things are possible here, I don’t think he would clearly say that to the child’s grandparents but he can definitely avoid them at all cost.
That seems true to me, given that LE found photos of Juliana and BB together in the master bedroom, as well as Juliana’s clothes and belongings. I don’t think CB’s parents would approve that so I do believe they haven’t been in the house lately.

Did BB even write an obituary for CB? The mother of his child. He is seriously trash. I wish him nothing but abuse in prison.


I mean, she did not die in a car crash or of an illness, per LE, AP and BB were "present and involved" so rest kind of follows, no? An obituary from someone who may be the killer? Yes, the mother of his child.

I don't think we can ascribe rules of rationality to an irrational person. Worried about what the little girl would say, or trying to sever any remaining maternal links in favor of AP's role as New Mommy, or just still trying to hurt CB even in death. All are equally possible imo.

I agree with the PP in wishing both of these degenerates nothing but lifelong misery and abuse in whatever flea-ridden VADOC cell they will soon call home.

This is all extremely troubling. At the time of Juliana's recent arrest, she was living with BB and the child in Herndon and was picked up coming back from the bus stop on 10/13. No reason at all to think the child is not still living with her father.

The poor child has had to deal with a staggering amount of loss at age 4/5, while living with a sociopath who murdered her mother, in the house where it took place. And being told a man broke in and harmed mommy in all likelihood. She is guaranteed to have complex ptsd and huge attachment issues.

Who you have kids with is such a key decision, wish she had left him after the first affair. The harm being done to a small human is sickening. And to her mind she will lose him too, if/when he is arrested/held.


Adding to that, we don’t know what the child witnessed / heard. Hopefully nothing. Best case scenario, the Au pair put the child in the basement / car with headphones and cartoons.

If it’s true he won’t let the child see her grandparents, I wonder if it’s because he’s worry about what she would say to them. I mean, what other rational reason would he have to keep her away from her own family after her mother tragically passes away?!?

That happened in the Mark Winger case too, he stopped letting the murdered mother's parents see the grandchild.
