The drinking and partying would have been far worse if it had been easier. Too many adults think that kids drink because its forbidden fruit or the bat shit crazy parents are too into their kids being popular because they weren't. Kids drink because they want to fit in socially or it makes them feel more confident when they are socially insecure. If its not available, they drink less.
