I did that here in Massachusetts, I'm still a registered Republican here because it helps me stay in the loop with Republican propaganda - I get dozens of emails every day from RNC and whoever they sell their mailing list to.

I voted for Olympia Snowe back in the day, but haven't voted for a Republican in decades. Am an independent voter at heart and always have been.

Let's wait and see what, if anything, can be gleaned from law enforcement interviews with his family, friends, coworkers, former teachers, etc. He might have been mentally ill and it was a Hinckley type thing, or he might have been a misguided kid who thought he was going to be doing his country a solid.[/quote]
