The Defense is going the "Josh is a Mac guy and the CP was found on a Dell partition which he doesn't use" defense and also the "the command codes found were too complex for a simple homeschooled GED recipient to execute" defense.

The prosecution just called its first witness: Detective Amber Kalmer who is on the FBI ICAC task force and the one who discovered the computer was downloading CP.
