In Arlington they have perfected the use of doublespeak and code words for disenfranchisement.  This is so the undesirables will not realize they are being taken advantage of.

Words like "walkable", "car free diet", "Continuity", "long bus rides", "alignment", "under route 50", "get up earlier", even School Board members use terms like "Every School in Arlington is Equal."

We don't "all love diversity".  It's a nice to have, not a need to have.  The overwhelming majority of APS parents feel this way.  There's this implication that APS parents are somehow not being honest with themselves when they hold "walkability" and "diversity" on the same plane.  Nothing could be further from the truth.[/quote]
