And I have been to a ton of community meetings, and I am sick and tired of jerks who disrupt the meetings and refuse to follow the rules, just because they think they have something more important that they just HAVE to have heard.   Yes, I agree 2 minutes isn't a long time to speak, but there are 30 people waiting to have their say, dude.   2 minutes means 2 minutes.   You aren't so special that you, just you and only you, get to go longer than 2 minutes.   Them's the rules.

You sound deranged because of the nonsequitors    in your post.   Why are you talking about a pension, exactly?  Relevance to discussion?  Or are you just rambling now?[/quote]
