He wasn't arrested for voicing his opinion.   He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct for refusing to adhere to the EXACT SAME RULE as every other person at that meeting... the 2 minute rule.

"At a school board meeting Monday night, Baer was given two minutes to speak, the same amount of time as others. He protested the limit and challenged the board to arrest him. A police officer led him away."

SO sick and tired of assholes at these meetings thinking what they have to say is so much more important than what everyone else has to say.   You don't like the 2 minute rule?  Lobby to change it.   Don't be an asshole and challenge the School Board to have you arrested for not following the rules of civil society.[/quote]
