Covid entered the scene after his 4th year in office had started, and that wouldn't have stopped him.

Blatant violation of the wat powers act given the circumstances. And I wanted to throw up at his casual announcement about casualties and "these things happen." Reminded me of his awful message to that widow during his first term.
