It's BS. I would think that Hailey Bieber is early 40s, based on this photo. Same "folds" that she tries to cover with foundation. It's just you knew the pictured woman is someone's mother, and you logically infered the age. If she had all the make up, hair done, and you didn't know the true age, she can easily be mistaken with "US average" mid 50s woman.
