Sorry, dude, it just says clubs can do what they want. No forcing like you want. But -- please show us where on the US Club website this exists? Haven't seen it anywhere and there's folks on this thread that like to create things to support their arguments.[/quote]

Sounds like an acknowledgement on the dumb decision to go with 8/1 instead of 9/1 and for people to at least be aware this issue exists.  Not sure there is much in the way of recommendation one way or the other though. [/quote]
