I believe the spouses claim to the annuity is a function of the time in service and the time they are married. I've read most of what has been written about this case. Several people that knew the people involved and have written about their experiences. I get the impression that CB was pretty awesome. I get the impression that JR was a quirky, but decent man. The AP seems to have some negative reporting from whatsap group chat. Someone alleged that BB was a thief. Someone said BB was a cheater. It certainly doesn't mean anything that no one has posted in BB's defense, but it is interesting to me.[/quote]
