Soccer is a technical sport, a kid can't just figure it out with a brick wall...unfortunately, you have to pay for a trainer, kind of like having a tutor, or sign up for other specialized training on the side.  Most importantly, expand your soccer world, play futsal, guest play, and if you have a girl and she is still elementary age...have her play with boys whenever possible.  You absolutely cannot just take your kid to club and nothing else and expect them to progress.  Really sad considering the amount of money we pay, but true.[/quote]
