He was super knowledgeable and helpful and personable (if a little quirky!). But I wouldn’t use him as our selling agent now—he knows the Hill but it seems to me he doesn’t try to make houses appealing when he sells them. Maybe he used to and the market has changed? Anyway, people expect a slick listing now for a million dollar house. [/quote]
