I think the typical assumption is that ODSL teams are getting less quality training and coaching, and for many clubs that may be the case. But once you realize Barca doesn’t run their program that way, that all teams receive the same quality of training and attention, regardless of skill level, then you don’t really care which league the competing teams are from. Barca parents who have kids on the ODSL teams already know they don’t have elite players, but their kids love to play soccer and they are glad to give them a high quality experience[/quote]
