I don't know why Teddi got so upset, other than it is maddening that these women are all frenemies and need to own it. It would bother a straightshooter like Teddi, because she wants to 'fix' them by making them more accountable. Hint: they will not be more accountable.

I've been in groups like that with weird history/interactions; when I realize what time it is, I listen superficially and say NOTHING about ANYONE, and repeat NOTHING because that is currency with a frenemy group like this. I don't buy into their squabbles or borrow drama. Teddi will learn if she stays active with the group.

I don't think Erika is jealous/has a chip on her shoulder. I think she knows who she is and that she's no John Mellencamp, nor would she want to be. I think she repeats herself too much when peeved and cuts people off fast when she thinks they will cut her off- symptom of being hurt early/often/in her life. I think she's thrilled to be able to do what she does- I don't think she thinks she's all that talented/awesome but she has hustle and is proud of that.

I actually did notice this too and was waiting for Teddi to call Dorit out on the hypocrisy of her tattletale-ing at the beach house but then being offended at Teddi doing roughly the same thing.  I actually was flabbergasted when Dorit told Erika (at the beach house) that Kyle had been talking about her.  So incredibly unnecessary.

Honestly, the things these women argue about are so, so ridiculous.  It's like middle school all over again.[/quote]
