What's not factual about what the former Deputy DA says?  "It was common knowledge about Roy's propensity for teenage girls."  Either you believe her that it was common knowledge, or you don't.  What is not factual in her statement that you disbelieve?  Are you saying she is lying?  Why would she lie?  Facts only now.[/quote]
