Which is beyond bizzare that a judge allowed the proof of the card to be applied retroactively to the case. She didn't get the card till the late Spring and Ensley was born in January. Jenelle also tested positive for pot several other times during the investigation. This girl gets a million chances and she's still a POS.

And for the PP that doesn't believe the story, the court docs for Kasier's case are all online. Along with a new interview with Barb where she says that all of this is true and is why Jenelle bailed at the last minute in the Jace case and agreed to mediation. MTV also filmed Barb telling Jenelle's friend Jamie about the drugs and Ensely after the court case. But of course they won't air that...[/quote]
