[/quote] The beauty of the RM catchment area is that there is literally something for everyone. SFH's start at just below $300K in Twinbrook, and go above 1Mil near town square. Everything from tiny ramblers, to old Victorians, to gigantic new builds. So yes, it's a sought after (thus crowded) area. That's not a dealbreaker for me (or many others, it seems). [/quote]
