As a man I'm not going to counsel the OP either way, but I can also say that (when I was a young single man) had I met a late 20's woman who I thought I liked, but found out that she'd been a Sugar Baby for a couple of years sleeping with a guy solely for tuition payments, I'd dismiss her as a potential partner.

That's one way, I suppose, assuming that OP exists in isolation and has no friends or family that might interact with a future BF and somehow let this small thing slip, accidentally or on purpose.
